Op zaterdag 21 maart (als de banen klaar zijn en het weer het toelaat, anders uitgesteld naar 28 maart):

10:00 – 10:30 | Inloop & Welkom:

Koffie en thee
Korte welkomstspeech door de voorzitter
Introductie van het bestuur, vrijwilligers en aanwezige trainers

10:30 – 11:15 | Tennisclinic & Speeddate Tennis:

Jeugdleden (t/m 17 jaar): Speelse warming-up en clinic met trainers
Seniorleden: “Speeddate Tennis” – een kort dubbelspel waarbij je steeds van partner wisselt

11:30 – 12:45 | Toss-Mix Toernooi:

Korte dubbelwedstrijden van 20 minuten
Kleine prijzen voor winnaars

12:45 – 13:30 | Lunch:

Gezamenlijke lunch (broodjes, soep, fruit)
Kennismaking met nieuwe leden
Informatie over clubactiviteiten en inschrijving nieuwe vrijwilligers

Uitleg sponsor mogelijkheden

13:30 – 14:30 | Demo & Vrij Spelen:

Demonstratiewedstrijd door trainers of competitiespelers
Vrij spelen

On Saturday March 21 (if the courts are ready and the weather permits, otherwise postponed to March 28):

10:00 – 10:30 | Walk-in & Welcome:

Coffee and tea
Short welcome speech by the chairman
Introduction of the board, volunteers and trainers present

10:30 – 11:15 | Tennis clinic & Speeddate Tennis:

Youth members (up to 17 years): Playful warm-up and clinic with trainers

Senior members: “Speeddate Tennis” – a short doubles game where you change partners every time

11:30 – 12:45 | Toss-Mix Tournament:

Short doubles matches of 20 minutes
Small prizes for winners

12:45 – 13:30 | Lunch:

Joint lunch (sandwiches, soup, fruit)
Introduction to new members
Information about club activities and registration of new volunteers

Explanation of sponsorship options

13:30 – 14:30 | Demo & Free Play:

Demonstration match by trainers or competition players
Free play
